New Italian Cicchetti Restaurant and Bar. Following in the foot steps of the existing Ventetian based in Ramsbottom. Authentically cooked Italian cuisine in a wood fired oven, the dishes are all 'small plates', meaning customers experience a variety of dishes and encourage sharing, bringing about a much more socialable dining experience. An Organic Deli Counter is available during the day for takeaway or eating in which becomes a Fish counter in the evening. The bar / cocktail area serves 'banco' ( free plates) to customers drinking, just like the Cicchetti bars in Venice! Families are welcome and children can make their own pizza's during the day.
